Using our website

The information on this site is general information about our roofing services. It isn’t a quote, an offer or professional advice about your specific roof. Every roof is different, and we’ll only give recommendations after an inspection.

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by submitting false information, trying to interfere with how it works or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Inspections, estimates and contracts

Free roof inspections carry no cost and no obligation.

Any estimate we give you is based on what we can see at the time. Final pricing and scope are set only in a written contract signed by you and us. Home improvement contracts are provided in writing as required by the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, including your right to cancel.

Booking an appointment online doesn’t create a contract for services. We may need to reschedule because of weather, safety or other reasons, and we’ll let you know if we do.

Text message (SMS) terms

Program: Uncle Joe’s Roofing customer messages.

What you’ll receive: When you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling, and updates about your project.

Frequency: Message frequency varies.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. You can opt back in at any time by replying START.

Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any goods or services.

Our forms and booking calendar are provided by a third party, and our site may link to other websites. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and services.
